Service Description

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, these classes are well suited for all yoga journeys. Both classes offer the opportunity to explore mindfulness, movement, and breath work. Bring a mat and water. Mondays 7:45-8:45pm Flow and Stretch Sundays 9-10am Rise and Shine Yoga

Disclaimer: Make sure to provide 24 hours notice for canceling a community event (when possible) to avoid being charged. There is a minimum requirement of 5 registered people to run community events (in the event of a cancellation, you will be notified).
